Attendance

Minimum Working Days: There should be at least 96 working days in a semester, excluding the days allocated for end-semester examinations.

Total Working Hours: The total working hours for the semester should be at least 40 hours per week, which will be spread throughout the week.

Attendance Requirements: Student-teachers are required to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance across all courses.

For field-based experiences (like school internships or teaching practice), the attendance requirement is 90% separately.

These guidelines ensure that student-teachers get enough exposure and practice, both in terms of academic learning and field-based experience, while also maintaining a high level of attendance to meet the program's standards.
