About Takshila College Of Education
- Founded in 2012 by Late Dr. Ahsan, Takshila College of Education is currently managed by his son, Mr. Khurshid Hasan, who serves as the Chairman. The college is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and was initially affiliated with Magadh University, now under Patliputra University.
- The college began its journey with a 100-seat intake for the B.Ed. program in the academic session 2012-13, and now accommodates 200 students. Open to students of all castes and creeds, Takshila College has proudly trained and empowered around 2,000 future educators over the past 12 years.
